В Севастополе хотят восстановить дома советского времени

В Севастополе согласно подготовленной горгосадминистрацией программе «Микрорайон» начнут восстанавливать дома, построенные в советское время, заявил Владимир Яцуба, глава Севастопольской городской администрации.

«Утверждение программы экономического и социального развития города Севастополя на 2012 г., где и предусмотрена программа «Микрорайон», состоится 7 февраля на сессии горсовета. Это практически наведение порядка в коммунальном хозяйстве города и начало реформирования ЖКХ», – рассказал В.Яцуба.

По словам чиновника, на сегодня депутату каждого округа предоставлено право распределять порядка 3 млн. грн на ремонт домов в таких районах. В титуле на восстановление в 2012 г. числится около 130 домов.

«С сегодняшнего дня я начинаю встречи с каждым депутатом и до 7 февраля, когда запланирована сессия, мы вместе с финансистами, с комиссией городского совета окончательно сформируем титул по тем объектам, которые будут заложены в программу наведения порядка на микрорайонах», – отметил В.Яцуба.

В Турции падает строительная активность

Количество разрешений на строительство, выданных за январь-сентябрь, сократилось на 14,8% в сравнении с аналогичным периодом прошлого года.

Всего за 9 месяцев было выдано 61,5 тыс. строительных разрешений на недвижимость в Турции, сообщается в пресс-релизе Турецкого института статистики.

Совокупное количество жилых объектов в разрешенных к строительству зданиях уменьшилось относительно января-сентября 2008 года на 17,2%, до 322,7 тыс., а их суммарная площадь – на 19,6%, до 64,6 млн кв. м.

Совокупная стоимость выданных разрешений составила 34,7 млрд турецких лир ($23,4 млрд) – на 25,1% меньше, чем годом ранее.
